  • Berberine HCL 500 mg – 1 capsule, 2–3 times daily
  • Curcumin BCM-95 – 2 vegetable capsules daily
  • Diindolylmethane (DIM) 150 mg – twice daily
  • EGCG Green Tea Extract 400 mg – 1 capsule daily with a meal (range 200 mg bid to 2000 mg bid)
  • Fucoidan 88 mg (pure form) – 2 capsules daily
  • Krill Oil 1–4 grams – by mouth daily
  • Melatonin 20 mg – 1 capsule at bedtime
  • Vitamin D3 4,000–10,000 IU – monitor blood 25-OH Vitamin D levels
  • Boswellia serrata 1000 mg – 2 capsules, twice daily
