She helps ensure clients have a seamless experience when scheduling appointments while also connecting with local medical offices to coordinate referrals and expand access to nutrition care.

She is passionate about helping clients improve their relationship with food and believes nutrition should support both physical health and emotional well-being. Colbi works with clients to develop eating habits that feel balanced, sustainable, and empowering rather than restrictive.

Janice Nugent is a Registered Dietitian with over 23 years of experience in nutrition counseling. She has worked in multiple areas of nutrition throughout her career, with a focus on weight management, geriatrics, and chronic disease management.
Janice believes nutrition should be individualized and realistic, helping clients meet their health goals while still enjoying all foods in moderation. She works with clients to build sustainable habits that support long-term health and overall well-being.
Outside of work, Janice enjoys photography, exploring new restaurants, and spending time with friends and family.
